1818- Gutsrestaurant & Weinbar
Draiser Hof, 65346 Eltville-Erbach
Vegetables in focus - Sharing Plates
The 1818 in the knypHAUS at Draiser Hof offers fine dishes in a modern industrial-style ambience in combination with wines from the Baron Knyphausen winery.
Together with Daniel Nöller, the culinary director at Draiser Hof, the team at 1818 attaches great importance to high-quality dishes, partly using produce from the restaurant's own vegetable and herb garden. In line with the EURO-Toques association, of which the chef is a member, only fresh, regional ingredients and no artificial flavors or other additives are used in the cooking. The knypHAUS combines in modern architecture what the Knyphausen family and the Rheingau can offer. The menu presents a new concept - Sharing Plates!
