The 65 sqm apartment has an open living and sleeping area with a king-size box spring bed and a comfortable sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, dishes, a fridge and a modern bathroom with a washing machine and a walk-in shower. Beside the bed you will find a child bed (70x100cm) as well as a high chair in the dining room and plates for a child. Towels and sheets are provided. Since there is no openable window in the apartment, a modern ventilation system has been installed, which ensures a permanent supply of fresh air in all areas of the apartment. Smoking is only permitted on the outside.
