It is located on the ground floor with a view of the castles 'Feindliche Brüder'. The accommodation is a five-minute walk from the forest and thus from the Marienburger Traumschleife; the Vierseenblicklift is 4.4 km away.

The holiday apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. A children's bed can be provided. In addition to the kitchen, dining area, shower room, and terrace, free Wi-Fi is available.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, fridge and freezer, toaster, coffee machine (Bosch tassimo), and kettle. Towels and a hairdryer are available in the bathroom.
Up to two (e-)bikes can be stored and charged in a storage room within the holiday apartment. Two more can be placed in the hallway without charging facilities.
