53545 Linz am Rhein

Traditional corps of the Linz carnival since 1965.

The Hussar Corps Grün-Weiss Linz 1965 e.V. is a traditional corps of the Linz Carnival! With over 80 uniformed and almost 90 inactive members, the Grün-Weissen are one of the strongest corps in the Linz carnival and have become an integral part of the local carnival scene. The proud marching band can be recognised from afar by its unmistakable sound thanks to the euphonic Landsknecht drums and the bright natural fanfares. Equally well-known are the dancing couple, consisting of Mariechen and her youngster, as well as the men's dance group, who bring the region's stages to life every year. In this constellation, the Hussar Corps Grün-Weiss Linz would like to support and actively participate in the Linz Carnival for many years to come, because there is nothing better than being a Jeck in Linz!
