The Catholic church of St. Martin was first mentioned in a document in 1076. The oldest part of the church dates back to between 1300 and 1350. The lower part of the church tower survived the fires of 1620 and 1622. Initially, a makeshift church was built, followed by a solid construction in 1782. The tower was raised in 1883. The church portal and chancel were rebuilt in 1956 and 1957
