We preserve and promote what in many places is being pushed into the background or even forgotten altogether by digitalisation and efficiency - social & emotional relationships paired with professional competence.

In the brewery, butchery and kitchen, we still employ the rare species of master craftsmen and journeymen who use their skills every day to satisfy our guests. But we don't just employ staff - we employ characters. We are allowed to accompany our numerous regular guests in their various phases of life - to be happy, but also sad with them.
