Our winery is located in one of Germany's best-known wine-growing regions - the Rheingau!

Carl Ehrhard pursues a consistent vinification in his family business in the 5th generation. The 7 hectares of Riesling & Pinot Noir grapes are hand-picked and selected several times.

In the 130-year-old vaulted cellar, each vineyard is given TIME for its decelerated development in its own individual barrel. This natural ripening process aims to produce top quality wines with longevity and elegance, which once made Riesling world famous. With us, each vintage can and should stand out for itself and surprise again and again! “Simply enjoy our wines without trying to put them into words...”

The estate bar with a difference In the continuous expansion of our winery with vinotheque and wine bar, this is one of the coziest of its kind in the lower Rheingau. The rooms are furnished with style and attention to detail and have a colorful ambience. Surrounded by old furniture, our guests are reluctant to find their way home again! Whether convivial or festive, for small celebrations from 20 or large parties of up to 100 people, in combination with the Mediterranean courtyard and the wine press hall, they are ideal for any private event, tailored to the individual wishes of our guests! The full range of pleasures of the house unfolds during a culinary wine tasting, which can be completed with a cellar tour.
