With a voice as raw as Janis Joplin's, Izo Fitzroy creates song patterns reminiscent of the 1970s. Thoughtful gospel pieces and uplifting harmonies alternate with extremely catchy, melodic grooves and danceable numbers.

Born and raised in London, Izo Fitzroy has her roots in gospel. She has been singing in choirs since her childhood and has performed with them all over the world as a lead singer. Surprisingly, however, the surprisingly dark and raw moment in her voice does not come from the gospel church in Manhattan, but from Europe.

With her band, including her legendary gospel backing singers, Izo Fitzroy creates a vintage sound that is musically incredibly impressive and captivating, yet still has depth.
