The VOR-TOUR der Hoffnung is an annual charity cycling event to support children suffering from cancer and leukemia.
As part of the Rommersdorf Festival, a benefit concert is held with support from the Sparkasse Neuwied in the English Garden of the Rommersdorf Abbey – all admission fees benefit the project.

 The ENSEMBLE CLASSIQUE – "THE SHINING STAR IN THE BRASS HEAVEN," as the Brass Sextet is repeatedly referred to by the press, has been one of the most popular and internationally renowned brass ensembles of our time for years. This "Grand with Seven" (six brass players and one percussionist) offers brass artistry at the highest level. Initially supported by Leonard Bernstein, the ENSEMBLE CLASSIQUE made its debut at the Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival and has since delighted audiences in all major concert cities worldwide.
The repertoire of the ENSEMBLE CLASSIQUE is nearly inexhaustible, covering all styles from the Renaissance to modernity, from Albinoni to Mozart to Duke Ellington and Tommy Dorsey.
