The hike from the Loreley Plateau follows the route of the "Loreley Extra Tour" to the wine region "St. Goarshausen Burg Katz". As a welcome, a sparkling wine from the Loreley Bornich wine cooperative will be served. Afterward, we will cross the steep vineyard terraces to learn about some typical characteristics of this centuries-old cultural landscape. At significant points, the wines from this region will be tasted.

Note: The tour involves steep ascents, narrow paths, vineyard trails, and walls. The paths can be slippery. Sturdy footwear (hiking shoes with good tread) is absolutely necessary, along with sure-footedness, no fear of heights, and good physical condition (even when drinking wine).
